Legal Receptionist | Litigation Law Firm

A busy, well-respected litigation law firm is seeking an eager Legal Receptionist for the San Francisco office. This is a highly visible role that is central to the daily operations and professional image of the firm.

The right candidate is someone who understands that reception is a professional position, brings a strong sense of responsibility and organization to their work, and takes pride in being the first impression of a law firm. This role is best suited for someone looking to continue building stability, polish, and credibility within legal or professional services.

Monitoring a pristine lobby and reception area, this is a hands-on environment where the receptionist is a true partner in keeping the office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, visitors, and clients
  • Greet guests professionally and coordinate building security protocols
  • Manage conference room scheduling and visitor setup
  • Maintain the appearance and organization of the reception and kitchen areas, including restocking snacks and supplies
  • Assist with ordering and/or picking up meals as needed
  • Support office projects, firm events, and general administrative needs
  • Ensure consistent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to office policies

This is a full-time, in-office role, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Compensation Salary range: $55,000 - $70,000, commensurate with experience and professionalism.
